If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused/unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund after inspection, excluding a 10% restocking fee and the original delivery charge. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Items that ARE NOT returnable under any circumstance:
* lingerie (intimate items, girdles, stockings, slips, etc.)
* swimsuits
* ephemera (paper goods such as books and magazines)
* pierced jewelry
* items with condition grade of "poor"
* custom or special order items
